Since becoming a star, Lady Gaga has always fought for acceptance and inclusivity.
She knows that people are the best versions of themselves when they don’t change for other people.
Recently, Lady Gaga found out that her friend’s daughter was being bullied at school, and she couldn’t just sit by and let it happen.
Instead, she took to her Instagram account to share a video with her fans, calling out the young bullies. She also encouraged the other students at the California elementary school to stand up to bullies.
Although she may not know these students personally, Lady Gaga hopes she can use her platform to encourage kids to be kind.
Alongside her video, Lady Gaga wrote, “A message from me to El Marino Elementary to be kind to my friend @joomees daughter Venice. No Child should have to sit alone at lunch or constantly be outcast. Let’s empower each other to be kinder and braver.”
